The CM-3000 series is the first testing machine that combines a rigid
compact design, digital accuracy and testing versatility, giving
you all of the features you look for in one affordably priced
machine. Its rigid load frame features our unique wrap around welded box construction
that anchors all four corners of the frame together, resulting
in a solid one piece unit that exceeds ACI frame rigidity requirements.
By combining a rigid load frame with higher testing capacity,
we have developed a machine that not only minimizes O-ring maintenance
problems, but one that uses only 80% of its load capacity to
test 8,500 psi 6” x 12” cylinders, with repeat tests results. Select either the sophisticated LX-5000 digital load indicating system
that stores and prints out all the data required for a complete
C-39 test report or the economical easy to use LD digital system
where manual documentation is acceptable. Both digitals have the same wide testing range
accuracy of 3,000 lbs. To 300,000 lbs. At ± 0.5% of indicated load, allowing you to test everything from higher strength
cylinders to beams in one machine. To make the loading of test specimens
easier, the lower machine platen is located 36” above floor
level when mounted on its optional stand, with overall dimensions
of 31.5” wide x 17” deep x 58” high, making it ideal for a congested
work area. The CM-3000 is available with a variety
of optional platens and spacers for testing beams, cubes, cores,
